China Marine Economy Expo

The China Marine Economy Expo (CMEE), recognized as a national-level marine economy event, is set to take place from October 22 to 24, 2026. The event will be hosted at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an New Venue) in Shenzhen, China. Since its permanent establishment in Shenzhen in 2019, CMEE has earned a reputation as "China's premier marine industry exhibition."

The 2026 expo is planned to cover an area of 50,000 square meters and is anticipated to welcome over 350 exhibitors. A significant portion of its professional visitors, exceeding 40% of total attendance, are expected to be from engineering contractors, service operators, and system integrators. The exhibition features a panoramic layout structured around "core scenario solutions," presenting eight cutting-edge thematic zones. These zones encompass areas such as integrated deep and far marine energy development, green shipping and low-carbon logistics, marine electronics and information technology, marine ecology and sustainable development, low-altitude economy maritime applications, full-space ocean monitoring and disaster early warning, marine biomedicine, and modern marine services including coastal cultural tourism.

Running alongside the expo are the Global Marine Cities Forum and over 20 specialized sessions. The Forum serves as a crucial international dialogue platform, attracting heads of renowned marine organizations, ambassadors, diplomats, Fortune Global 500 executives, and senior representatives from financial and investment institutions. Discussions at the forum will focus on global ocean governance, blue economy development, and marine technology innovation. The expo also offers dedicated B2B business matching and investment-financing networking services to facilitate connections from technology showcase to commercial implementation. The timing of CMEE coincides with APEC meetings in Shenzhen, creating a unique opportunity for global marine economy exchange.
