Casino Luxembourg 30th Anniversary Programme (FORA Phase 3)

The "FORA (Forum d’art contemporain)" programme's third and final phase marks Casino Luxembourg's 30th anniversary, with activities scheduled from Monday, September 14, 2026, to Sunday, January 10, 2027. This programme aims to reactivate the venue's spirit as a forum for encounters, discoveries, exchanges, and audience interaction, encouraging engagement with the space through observation, movement, experimentation, and social interaction.

The programme introduces three new projects: "The Hearth Room" by Christoph Meier and Ute Müller, an evolving, clay-based installation inviting audience participation; "Pipes Have Their Ways" by Emile Demerliac, an interactive work using simple materials that can be manipulated and transformed; and "Bébé Trek" by Flora Koel, a sensory art experience designed for very young audiences and their guardians, focusing on exploration. The ongoing activation of Bianca Bondi’s "Notes on Weathering" will also extend into new basement spaces.

Additional highlights include Museums Night on Saturday, October 10, 2026, and Luxembourg Art Week, taking place from Friday, November 20, to Sunday, November 22, 2026. Casino Luxembourg will host the Opening Night of Luxembourg Art Week on Friday, November 20, and an Art Talk on Saturday, November 21. A series of performances and workshops will also complement the projects throughout this final phase, inviting public participation and experimentation with the art.
