Notable participants include the Air Evac crew, who land a medical helicopter at the site to discuss emergency prevention, as well as organizations like Appalachian Regional Healthcare and Bright Life. To ensure accessibility, New River Transit has previously provided dedicated volunteer transportation for attendees needing assistance reaching the park.

Throughout the day, local service providers staff resource tables to offer information on recovery, poverty assistance, and clinical mental health services. The event emphasizes the importance of community connection for those struggling with mental health or recovery by placing support resources directly in an active, celebratory public space.
