Oliver Tree's Public Celebration of Life

The public celebration of life for the late musician Oliver Tree is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the UC Santa Cruz Quarry Amphitheater in his hometown of Santa Cruz, California. This three-hour memorial event, planned by his family, aims to honor Oliver Tree Nickell, who passed away on June 14 at the age of 32.

The program, beginning at 7:30 p.m. PT, will feature live musical performances, tribute videos, and never-before-seen archival footage. Speeches are expected from those close to Tree, with confirmed guest speakers including Diplo, Logan Paul, Ethan Klein, and Aaron Mercury, alongside members of the artist's family. The event will also be streamed live on Oliver Tree's official YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram channels, allowing fans around the world to participate.

In a unique tribute reflecting Oliver Tree's distinctive artistic persona, organizers plan to display multiple caskets representing the various characters he created throughout his career. Family members have also encouraged those wishing to pay tribute to support the Dr. Oliver Tree's Extremely Epic Art Grant for Baby Geniuses, a charitable foundation established in honor of one of the musician's final wishes, in lieu of flowers.
