The search began with a 'Party with the Queens' event at Le Jouri Lounge on Friday evening. This curtain-raiser brought together current and former titleholders, media personalities, and pageant fans to celebrate the legacy of the competition. The weekend continued with regional auditions where contestants were judged on their authenticity, composure, and purpose beyond physical appearance.

The search culminated in a regional finale on Sunday, where Nabirye Faith Magero was crowned the Eastern regional queen. Alongside finalists Ajambo Olivia and Balwaani Patricia, she will represent the region at the Miss Uganda Grand Finale scheduled for October 10 at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel. The ultimate winner of the national competition will go on to represent Uganda at the Miss World pageant.
