NAWIC 30 Years of Building Futures

The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) New Zealand marks three decades of advocacy and education with its "30 Years of Building Futures" celebration in Wellington. The schedule begins on Thursday evening, July 23, with a cocktail celebration reflecting on the association's history and its founders' original vision. On Friday, July 24, the program continues with the Building Influence Conference. This daytime event features keynote speakers including Toni Street, Lisa O'Neill, Cathryn Greville, and Brian Dillon, focusing on leadership, communication, and professional growth.

The festivities conclude on Friday evening with the NAWIC Excellence Awards. This gala honors individuals for their technical excellence, innovation, and leadership. Throughout the event, the organization also highlights its "30 Stories for 30 Years" campaign, which showcases the diverse experiences of women building careers across the construction landscape.
