Blackpink 10th Anniversary Fan Event 'Meet&Greet'

A key part of the event was the launch of the 'Blackpink Heritage Collection,' a collaboration with MU:DS, the official merchandise brand of Korea's national museums. This seven-item collection incorporated motifs from a Korean empress's ceremonial robe, blending traditional Korean patterns with Blackpink's distinct black-and-pink identity. Additionally, a sign for an "Amazing Thailand: Masterpieces of Thai Art" exhibition, also running at the museum, unexpectedly appeared in event photos and videos, drawing additional online attention to the cultural display.

Despite the celebratory occasion, the event faced considerable criticism from fans who found its scale modest, particularly for a global K-pop group's major anniversary. Concerns included the limited number of invited fans, a livestream lasting only about 10 minutes, and a main program of roughly 30 minutes. In response to the backlash and disappointment expressed by fans, members Jisoo and Lisa issued public apologies through fan communication platforms.
