The expo takes place at Treacy’s West County Hotel as a centerpiece of the inaugural Clare Age Friendly Week. Organized in conjunction with National Positive Ageing Week, the event brings together a wide variety of service providers, including the HSE Mid-West Community Healthcare Team, ALONE, and Clare Libraries to support the community.

Public activities include a program of free educational talks covering topics such as road safety, nutrition, physical health, and financial planning regarding pensions and investments. Visitors can also access complimentary health checks performed on-site by professionals.
