Set in the mountainous wine region of the Limassol district, this festival focuses on the production of Commandaria wine and the preparation of traditional sweets made from 'moustos' (grape juice). Visitors can watch demonstrations of wine-making and take part in the process of dipping sousioukos. The atmosphere is complemented by live Greek and traditional music, folk dances, and a marketplace featuring local products such as kiofterka, pastelli, homemade bread, and Zivania.

For families and children, the event includes donkey rides through the village streets, fairytale narrations, and dedicated craft and painting stations. A local cafe-neio near the church provides a space for visitors to rest and enjoy snacks and refreshments.

Cultural exploration is a key part of the event, with several local sites open to the public. These include the village folk museum, a newly established exhibition of historical ecclesiastical icons at the Church of Agios Mamas, and the award-winning Rebecca Winery located near the venue.
