Bezalel’s Graduate Exhibition

The 2026 Bezalel Graduate Exhibition showcases student projects, including over 500 works and various films. It is held at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Campus, located at 1 Zmora Street in Jerusalem. The exhibition offers free public access. Visitors can attend Sunday through Thursday from noon to 10 p.m., and on Fridays from noon to 5 p.m.

This year's exhibition delves into profound themes such as war, bereavement, trauma, memory, pain, rehabilitation, and renewal. These subjects acknowledge the impact of contemporary realities on the creators' lives. Projects also explore technology, sustainability, traditional crafts, and socially engaged design. A notable feature is a film inspired by reserve-duty service. It offers an intimate perspective on soldiers' experiences recovering bodies and coping with the war's aftermath.

The exhibition coincides with the start of Bezalel Academy’s 120th-anniversary celebrations. Curated by Bezalel president Prof. Adi Stern and Ilanit Konopny, it includes a special presentation of 120 works from the academy’s departments, graduate programs, and schools. This aims to contextualize the graduating class's work within the institution's long history.
