The Mega iLINDUNGu: KESUMA Bersama Rakyat Festival offers a comprehensive platform for the public, featuring approximately 2,000 job opportunities with salaries ranging from RM2,000 to RM12,000, facilitated by 25 participating employers through MYFutureJobs. A significant aspect is the focus on social protection, with over RM1.5 million contributed by platform providers like Foodpanda, Grab, and Halo to expand social security coverage for gig workers. Additionally, RM48,000 is allocated through LINDUNG Kasih Suri Rumah to extend benefits to 400 housewives. Perkeso provides direct access to LINDUNG Pekerja services, including contribution and benefit claim checks, and offers discounts on Late Contribution Payment Benefits for employers.

Beyond employment and social security, the festival aims to attract 60,000 visitors with a diverse range of public activities. These include engaging talk sessions with artistes and influencers, sharing sessions by benefit recipients, and family-oriented activities such as children’s fashion shows, colouring sessions, and lucky draws. Health screenings are also available, emphasizing community well-being. For sports enthusiasts, the festival hosts Pound and pickleball competitions, alongside offerings like concert hot boxes, discount vouchers, and exclusive LINDUNG merchandise for early contributors.

This festival is a continuation of successful programs from previous years held in Shah Alam and Penang, which garnered over 140,000 visitors. It embodies the Human Resources Ministry's "Kesuma Bersama Rakyat" approach, aiming to bring government services and solutions directly to the community rather than requiring individuals to seek them out.
