Siniawan Country Music Festival 2026

The festival aims to transform Siniawan into a country music hotspot, with its venue at the Siniawan Waterfront described as resembling a "cowboy town." Attendees can enjoy a variety of country music genres over the three nights, with a lineup that includes Miri’s Country Road Band, Evergreen Unlimited Country Band from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and KCLC Band from Pontianak, Indonesia. Additional acts such as Mountain Wind Band from Miri, OnStrings Band, Midnight Strangers Band from Bau, Hi-Breed Band, The Wranglers from Kuching, and Sunday Stranglers Band are also scheduled to perform, alongside singers like Mark Ashley and Peter Engkassan on the 'Old Street' stage.

Beyond the musical performances, the event is also about enjoying food and drinks and fostering connections among people from various backgrounds. Approximately 100 vendors are expected to participate, providing local businesses with opportunities to benefit from increased visitor spending. The festival has historically generated between RM500,000 and RM1 million in spending during its run. It is part of Sarawak’s tourism calendar and is anticipated to attract visitors from Sabah, Kalimantan, Singapore, Peninsular Malaysia, and expatriates, with public admission remaining free.
