The festival also includes a competitive element, offering prizes for top performances: RM10,000 for the champion, RM7,000 for the runner-up, and RM5,000 for third place, along with trophies and certificates for each winner. Additionally, nine special awards will be presented. The festival is organized by the National Department for Culture and Arts (JKKN) Sarawak, in collaboration with the Sarawak Arts Council and Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka (DBP) Sarawak Branch.
