Monaco charity concert for Nepal relief

The concert, part of the 'Emergency Rescue Support for Nepal' initiative, takes place at the waterfront venue Stars of Monaco on Quai Antoine 1er. Violinist Zhang Zhang, a former member of the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra, will be joined by jazz guitarist Leopoldo Giannola. Their performance covers a broad spectrum of music, including classical works by Bach, opera, film scores, French chansons, Chinese folk songs, tango, and flamenco, concluding with a festive finale.

All funds raised from the evening will be sent directly to Nepal to assist survivors of the devastating floods in the Trishuli River valley caused by a glacier collapse. The proceeds are managed by the Universal Peace Sanctuary under His Eminence Kyabje Shyalpa Tenzin Rinpoche to provide essential supplies like food and medical care. For those unable to attend in person, the initiative also accepts direct donations via a QR code linked to the humanitarian appeal.
