The 2026 Monte-Carlo Jazz Festival marks two decades of musical history in the Principality. Under the artistic direction of Alfonso Ciulla, the festival returns to the historic Salle Garnier with a program designed to bridge traditional jazz heritage and modern innovation. The celebration begins on November 18 with a traditional free concert featuring young musicians from the Académie Rainier III, followed by a series of headlining performances from world-renowned artists including Gregory Porter, Melody Gardot, and the progressive rock band Marillion.

Throughout the twelve-day event, the lineup highlights an eclectic mix of genres, including acid jazz from The Brand New Heavies, electronic-jazz fusion by Gogo Penguin, and soul-pop from Selah Sue. The festival also promotes rising artists such as Haitian-American vocalist Tyreek McDole and French singer Lila-May. In addition to live music, a partnership with the Institut audiovisuel de Monaco presents a screening of the 1955 classic 'The Man with the Golden Arm.' The 20th anniversary concludes on November 29 with the 'JOY' show performed by the three-time Grammy-winning Soweto Gospel Choir.
