The Seniors Centre for Excellence (SCE), serving Mapleton, Minto, and Wellington North, presents its fourth annual Health and Wellness Fair at the PMD Arena in Drayton. Running from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, the fair is designed as a free, drop-in event for seniors and the broader community to connect with vital local resources.

The fair features more than 35 exhibitors, including community agencies and vendors specializing in areas such as fitness, personal hygiene, and first responder services. Educational opportunities include two featured workshops: a session on tax season preparation and a "Sleeping Soundly" workshop presented by local social workers.

New to the event this year is the "Taste of Mapleton" section, where attendees can sample products from local businesses. While lunch is not served, the Drayton Legion provides complimentary snacks, and the 100 Women Who Care booth offers free soft-serve ice cream. The event also includes door prizes and information on local volunteer opportunities and affordable housing expansions.
