For approximately 20 years, the Village Classic Car Show has transformed Chilliwack's downtown core into a massive outdoor gallery for automotive enthusiasts. Held on the last Sunday of June, the event typically features around 500 unique cars and attracts 20,000 visitors. The city closes several roads to create themed zones, including displays for British cars, Volkswagens, and recreational vehicles. A special highlight includes famous movie vehicles, such as the DeLorean, alongside featured local custom builds like the 1934 Mindel Coupe.

The festival offers entertainment beyond the vehicle displays, including live music on two separate stages and a dedicated Family Fun Zone at the Main Street Church. Attendees can explore local businesses and a variety of food trucks along Victoria Avenue. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., concluding with a ceremony where 27 awards are presented to the top vehicle entries.
