Scheduled programming includes free weekly story times held every Thursday in partnership with the local public library, as well as the Sunday Art in the Patch series for young children. On the weekend of October 24–25, the Great Halloween Rubber Duck Scavenger Hunt takes place, inviting participants to search for hidden ducks in downtown storefront windows.
The final days of the festival feature Stewpot Day on October 29, which combines charitable fundraising for food security with the Downtown Witches Ride, a parade of costumed riders and golf carts. Throughout the month, local merchants also participate in a storefront decorating contest using hay bales and seasonal decor to enhance the festive atmosphere of the historic district.
