Bend Roots Revival

Founded in 2006, the Bend Roots Revival is a community-driven event designed to provide a dedicated platform for Central Oregon musicians and artists. The 2026 edition marks a major milestone as the festival celebrates two decades of operation. Known for its independent and non-corporate spirit, the event remains free to the public and serves as a local alternative to more commercialized festival experiences.

Over the course of three days, the festival hosts performances across seven stages primarily located on the eastern edge of downtown Bend. Participating venues often include Silver Moon Brewing, Bunk + Brew, the Domino Room, M&J Tavern, and The Greenhouse Cabaret. The musical lineup covers a wide spectrum, including rock, pop, punk, jazz, hip-hop, folk, and world music, featuring both established regional favorites and emerging local talent.

The festival also serves a significant charitable purpose, with proceeds directed toward supporting music education in local schools and creating opportunities for area teaching artists. Organized by a collective of local volunteers, the event is family-friendly and encourages attendees to discover new art and culture by wandering between the various downtown stages.
