Clarendon Hills Oktoberfest

The Clarendon Hills Oktoberfest is an annual community festival sponsored by the Clarendon Hills Chamber of Commerce, taking place in the village's downtown area. For 2026, the event is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, from 5 to 9 p.m., and will be held across two main locations: Burlington Plaza on North Prospect Avenue and the Sloan Triangle on South Prospect Avenue.

Attendees can enjoy live music from multiple bands, including Mr. Blotto performing on South Prospect Avenue and Die Kellerknaben at Tierra Distilling. The festival offers a variety of food and beverages from local businesses such as Domino’s Pizza, The Open Door Taproom and Bottle Shop, IL Mio Italian Restaurant, Tierra Distilling, and Leffelmans Meat Centre, alongside a Chamber of Commerce-sponsored beer trailer.

Adding a new dimension to the festivities, 2026 marks the debut of a Vintage Market at Burlington Plaza. This market will showcase local vendors offering vintage, antique, and unique items, aiming to encourage shopping at downtown retail businesses. The Oktoberfest also includes family-friendly activities such as crafting for kids, a photo booth, a costume contest, and skills game booths sponsored by the Clarendon Hills Public Library and Just Lift Fitness. The Clarendon Hills Firefighters Association will host its fourth annual bags tournament starting at 5 p.m. The event, though adult-focused, remains welcoming for all ages.
