WSPBR Royal Rumble

The WSPBR Royal Rumble is a professional rodeo event organized by the World Senior Professional Bull Riders, an association dedicated to preserving Western heritage and providing a platform for veteran riders. Held at the Pathfinder Park Events Center in Fremont County, the 2026 competition marks the event's second year in Florence. The competition attracts up to 55 riders from across the United States and international locations including Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and Australia.

Participants compete in four distinct age brackets ranging from 35 to over 58 years old, earning points toward the World Finals. The 2026 event carries the theme “Adrenaline, Tradition, and Glory” and features a special contingent of military riders, including veterans and active-duty service members. The rodeo utilizes a variety of livestock, ranging from local Colorado stock to high-ranking professional bulls.

The festivities begin on Friday, July 17, with a public meet-and-greet with the cowboys at the Hotel St. Cloud. On Saturday, July 18, two main competitive shows are scheduled for the afternoon and evening. Following the final rides, an after-party at Canon City MUGS serves as the venue for presenting prize money and championship buckles.
