Jefferson City Jaycees Cole County Fair

The Jefferson City Jaycees Cole County Fair, in its 76th annual iteration, will take place from July 27 to August 1, 2026, at 1445 Fairgrounds Road in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri. Organized entirely by volunteers from the local Jaycees chapter, the event offers a comprehensive schedule of activities and entertainment for the community, running daily from 5-11 p.m.

Attendees can enjoy approximately 20 carnival rides and a wide selection of food from various vendors. A significant part of the fair's appeal is its diverse entertainment program, which includes nightly live music performances. The 2026 lineup features nationally recognized artists such as rock bands Buckcherry and Saving Abel, alongside country singers David Nail and Trey Lewis, as well as local acts like Sweet Addiction and Five Turn Knot. All musical performances are included with the general admission ticket.

Beyond music, the fair hosts a variety of exciting events. These include different types of truck and tractor pulls, go-kart racing with Hams Prairie International Speedway, a rodeo, and a Figure 8 Scramble. For convenience, admission tickets and season passes can be purchased online in advance, with online season pass sales ending July 24. Kids aged 10 and under receive free admission with the purchase of an adult ticket. A bag policy, similar to those at many stadiums, is also in effect.
