16th Annual Photo Exhibition: Culture & National Heritage of Pakistan – Our Identity, Our Pride

The 16th Annual Photo Exhibition: Culture & National Heritage of Pakistan – Our Identity, Our Pride was inaugurated on August 7, 2026, at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) in Islamabad. This exhibition was organized by the Rawalpindi-Islamabad Photo Journalists Association (RIPJA) in collaboration with Al-Sadat Group.

The exhibition showcases the work of 85 photojournalists from Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Their photographs capture Pakistan’s diverse cultural heritage and living culture, featuring historic landmarks such as Ban Faqiran Stupa, Pharwala Fort, Shah Allah Ditta Caves, and Rawal Fort, alongside other religious sites, memorials, and depictions of everyday life across the country.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by various dignitaries, including government representatives, diplomats, photojournalists, and media professionals. During the event, announcements were made regarding grants for RIPJA and plans for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly promote Pakistan’s culture and heritage through photography and public awareness initiatives.
