9th Ortigas Art Festival

The 9th Ortigas Art Festival, themed "Elevate," is set to transform GH Mall in Manila into a vibrant hub of creativity from July 17 to 30, 2026. This free multidisciplinary festival celebrates Filipino artistry through a diverse program designed to make art accessible to a wide audience, reflecting its long-running advocacy of "Art For All."

Visitors can explore numerous contemporary art galleries, enjoy independent film screenings curated in partnership with the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) and the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP), and witness captivating live performances, including the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra Quartet and dynamic dance showcases. The festival also offers interactive workshops covering skills like acrylic pouring, block printing, textured plaster art, paper cutting, sketching, and storytelling, encouraging hands-on participation from attendees.

Key highlights include exhibitions dedicated to National Artist for Literature Virgilio Almario, in collaboration with the University of the Philippines (UP) Press, and National Artist for Theater Design Salvador Bernal, presented with the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP). Environmental sculptor Junyee, known as the "Father of Philippine Installation Art," is featured as this year's artist. The festival also shines a spotlight on various participating galleries and artist collectives from across the Philippines, and introduces the inaugural Ortigas Art Grant to support emerging artists.
