Organized by the Delegation of the European Union and EU member states' embassies, this festival is held in partnership with Oman's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth and the Oman Film Society. The main program features films from Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Spain, and the Netherlands. Screenings are priced at RO 1.5 and aim to promote cultural exchange through a variety of genres and storytelling styles.

A key feature of this year's event is the Short Film Competition, which provides a platform for emerging Omani talent. Shortlisted local productions are screened for free from October 12 to 14, between 5pm and 8pm. Awards are presented for Best Film, Best Story, and Best Director, with a total prize pool of RO 1,500 intended to support the local filmmaking community.
