Curated by The Muvmnt Studio in partnership with Eventful Nigeria, PodFest Naija 2026 aimed to focus on the people and experiences behind content and platforms. The festival featured more than 50 storytellers, industry leaders, and everyday Nigerians across six themed stages: Life, Love, Culture, Money, Health, and Brands. A new addition for this edition was the Citizen Stage, which integrated everyday Nigerian experiences and concerns directly into the program.

Key highlights included a keynote address from His Excellency, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, who discussed the economic significance of Nigeria’s creative sector. The festival also hosted "The Uncovered Series," featuring a candid conversation with award-winning filmmaker Funke Akindele. Additionally, PodFest Naija 2026 unveiled "The Next Big Podcaster," an initiative by The Muvmnt Studio designed to discover and develop new podcasting talent.
