MySihat Expo 2026

Taking place at MAEPS Serdang, MySihat Expo 2026 is a large-scale integrated event designed to combine medical wellness with sports, lifestyle, and culinary activities. Organized by Moonman Event Sdn Bhd, the festival incorporates four major pillars: the MySihat healthcare exhibition, the HUNTR Games Kuala Lumpur 2026, FragMania 2026, and the Anjung Malaysiaku Foodie Fiesta 2026. The event aims to move beyond traditional exhibition formats by offering interactive sessions where visitors can learn about and experience healthy living firsthand.

The healthcare segment provides access to screenings, medical consultations, first-aid workshops, and forums featuring over 50 expert speakers. The HUNTR Games Kuala Lumpur serves as an official qualifying round for the 2027 World Championships, expecting over 8,000 athletes from Malaysia and across Southeast Asia. Additional community-focused activities include yoga sessions, Zumba classes, and a fun run.

The lifestyle and culinary aspects are represented by FragMania, a showcase for local and international fragrance brands, and the Anjung Malaysiaku Foodie Fiesta. The foodie fiesta begins one day earlier than the main exhibition and focuses on balanced nutrition through cooking demonstrations and family activities. With more than 600 brands participating, the expo targets 100,000 visitors, ranging from fitness enthusiasts to medical professionals.
