The municipality of Comondú hosts its first Vendimia Del Cinco Harvest Festival on July 11, 2026, at Rancho El Chino. Organized by Viñedo Del Cinco with support from the Baja California Sur Ministry of Tourism and Economy, the event highlights artisanal wines produced from 100% organic grapes grown in the community of La Toba within the Santo Domingo Valley. The festival aims to promote regional products and strengthen local economic activity through a showcase of agricultural and viticultural heritage.

Visitors can participate in a traditional grape-stomping ceremony and sample four different labels of Vino Del Cinco. The event features a food fair with 25 restaurants and four oyster farms from across Baja California Sur, offering dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Participating businesses from La Paz, Loreto, and Los Cabos will provide a wide range of regional gastronomic samples to complement the wine tastings.

The festival program includes live entertainment from the comedy group Los Huizapoles and headlining singer María García. Admission includes a commemorative cup, a bottle of wine, food tastings, and access to all scheduled musical performances. Tickets are available at various locations throughout the state, including La Paz, Todos Santos, and Ciudad Constitución.
