Digital Garden | Ana Vostruchovaitė’s solo exhibition

Ana Vostruchovaitė’s solo exhibition, "Digital Garden," is scheduled to run in Vilnius from August 13 to September 19, 2026. The exhibition opens on August 13 at 7:00 PM and is hosted across two venues: the main exhibition at Contour Art Gallery and an additional installation of wall-mounted sculptural objects, "Digital Space," at KUKLA Beauty Box, a beauty and style concept space located at 9 Visų Šventųjų St.

The exhibition delves into how contemporary life exists between physical and virtual spaces, with the latter increasingly shaping our perception, rhythm, and daily habits. Vostruchovaitė's works, which include paintings, plaster reliefs, and jacquard fabrics created specifically for this show, transpose the digital experience into images of nature, prompting reflection on our relationship with both technology and the natural world.

The artist explores the connection between the image and its spatial context, often depicting plants and figures that extend beyond the canvas, aiming to engage the viewer's space. "Digital Garden" raises questions about our ties to place, our roots, and the formation of a sense of home in today's technologically influenced world. This exhibition marks the first time Ana Vostruchovaitė’s work is presented in Vilnius.
