Keyaki Hiroba Water Splash Festival

Inspired by Southeast Asia’s Songkran traditions, this high-energy celebration invites participants of all ages to cool down during the peak of summer. The festival features an upgraded stage layout and a variety of interactive water features, including water guns and shots, designed to keep the crowd soaked and refreshed. Entertainment is a central component, highlighted by "Water-throwing DJ Time" featuring guest artists. A special K-pop Random Dance event is also scheduled during the festival period.

For those seeking a break from the sun, the festival provides reserved shaded areas equipped with tables and chairs, which transform into lantern-lit relaxation zones in the evening. The festival's culinary offerings include over 17 food stalls serving summer specialties like mazesoba, unadon, and strawberry tanghulu. Five local craft beer brewers, known for their participation in the Keyaki Hiroba Beer Festival, provide a selection of beverages. Admission to the square is free, and the venue is located a short walk from JR Saitama-Shintoshin Station.
