Le Nozze di Figaro

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's renowned opera, "Le Nozze di Figaro," is scheduled for two performances on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at Teatro Filo in Cremona, Italy. These presentations are a key event of the Cremona Opera Festival, which itself is a part of the larger Cremona Summer Festival 2026. The opera will be performed by the "Artists in Residence" of Janus Opera, who were selected through an international audition process.

The performances are set for 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The "Artists in Residence" will be accompanied by the Orchestra da Camera di Parma, bringing Mozart's masterpiece to its full musical and theatrical dimension. Admission to both shows is free, available until all seats are taken. Leonardo Benini will conduct, with musical direction by Sebastiano Rolli and stage direction by Francesco Bellotto, Piera Ravasio, and Erika Chilò. The production highlights both developing young artists and established residents in a unique artistic and training project.
