Wexford Energy & EV Expo

The Wexford Energy & EV Expo is a free public event designed for homeowners, motorists, and businesses interested in improving energy efficiency and exploring sustainable solutions. Taking place at the Astro Active Community Centre in Bellfield, Enniscorthy, the expo aims to help attendees make confident decisions about their energy journey by offering practical advice on home energy retrofits, available grants and supports, electric and hybrid vehicles, and strategies for managing business energy use.

Running from 10:30 am to 4 pm, the event features approximately 30 exhibitors, expert speakers, and local organisations. The programme includes a dedicated panel at 11:30 am for electric and hybrid vehicle owners to share experiences, and a Business Energy panel at 12:30 pm focusing on energy management and sustainability. A homeowner panel at 2 pm provides insights into real-world retrofit journeys, while a 3 pm session explores the links between energy, heating, transport, and air quality.

Visitors will have the opportunity to interact with representatives from Wexford County Council, SEAI, and the High Performance Building Alliance, among others. A selection of electric and hybrid vehicles from leading brands will be on display. All attendees are eligible to enter a free draw for a €500 energy voucher, provided by the Wexford County Council Climate Action Team.
