George Michael: The Faith Tour

The film, titled 'George Michael: The Faith Tour', showcases performances captured during the European leg of his debut solo tour in May 1988. Assembled from footage recorded over two nights at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, the production highlights Michael's transition from Wham! to a global pop superstar following the release of his solo album, 'Faith'. Remastered from original 35mm film, this release marks the first time much of the Paris footage has been seen publicly in decades.

In addition to the concert footage, the cinema event opens with an original short film titled 'Finding Faith'. This introductory segment contains rare photographs, behind-the-scenes clips from music video sets, and newly discovered material from the late 1980s. Directed by his longtime collaborators David Austin and Andy Morahan, the presentation also includes Michael’s own voice through a previously unheard interview.

The cinematic event provides a retrospective look at a pivotal chapter in the singer's career, featuring choreography by Paula Abdul and a setlist that includes both solo tracks and Wham! hits.
