The Taste of Kildare 2026 festival transforms Naas Racecourse into a vibrant festival village, bringing together the county's premier restaurants, hotels, and food producers. Held over the weekend of August 15–16, the event highlights Kildare's diverse culinary landscape, offering everything from high-end restaurant dishes and afternoon tea to BBQ favorites and local artisan products.

A central attraction of the festival is the live cooking demonstrations hosted by Aishling Larkin, featuring renowned chefs such as Kevin Dundon and Eva Pau. In addition to the food offerings, the event provides a platform for independent businesses through the Flavours of Kildare network, supported by the Local Enterprise Office Kildare.
