Zimfest 2026

Zimfest returns in 2026 as one of the most prominent events in the Zimbabwean diaspora calendar, hosted at Delapré Abbey. This venue was selected for its enhanced accessibility, including better rail connections and increased parking capacity to accommodate the thousands of visitors expected from across the UK and overseas. The 2026 edition features a special tribute to the late Hilton Mendelssohn, a founding member who helped establish the festival in 2001 as a home away from home for the community.

The musical lineup for 2026 includes high-profile artists such as Jah Prayzah, Sulu Chimbetu, Tamy Moyo, and Jnr Spragga. Performances by Delroy and Tsungai Tsikirai are also scheduled, alongside comedic entertainment from the Comic Pastor. Beyond music, the festival creates a vibrant showcase of Southern African identity through traditional art, heritage displays, and community-focused activities.

Organized by Redcliff Management and supported by sponsors including Taptap Send and Nyaradzo Group, the event offers various ticket tiers from general admission to premium VIP experiences. The festival continues its tradition of being a family-oriented celebration that bridges the gap between home and the diaspora through music, culture, and shared identity.
