The nearly two-and-a-half-hour performance at the Plenitude Arena—noted as one of Europe’s largest indoor concert venues—drew a crowd of approximately 33,000 fans. This appearance followed her 2022 diagnosis with a rare neurological disorder, a condition that previously forced her to cancel her world tour.

Dion addressed the audience in both French and English, expressing gratitude for their support during her recovery. The production included six costume changes featuring designs by Givenchy and Schiaparelli, as well as a surprise cover of the Eurythmics' "Sweet Dreams."

This event served as the debut for a series of 26 performances scheduled at the Nanterre venue through fall 2026 and spring 2027, with an additional 10 shows planned for later in the year. Notable attendees included former U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama, while fans traveled globally to attend, with some wearing formal gowns and wedding dresses to celebrate the singer's return.
