Cobble Beach Concours d’Elegance and Motoring Festival

As one of Canada’s premier automotive gatherings, the festival attracts collectors and enthusiasts from across North America, including entries from 14 U.S. states and nine Canadian provinces. The main event takes place on the 18th fairway of the Cobble Beach Golf Resort, featuring a juried selection of historically significant vehicles ranging from pre-1916 horseless carriages to modern exotic cars.

The festivities extend into downtown Owen Sound, where the Saturday schedule includes the Cars & Coffee event, hosting hundreds of diverse vehicles along 2nd Avenue East. Another specialized attraction, Oblivion Avenue, focuses on the nostalgia and unique styling of vehicles from the 1980s and 1990s, including iconic models like the DeLorean and period-specific minivans.

The 2026 edition included a special exhibition celebrating 65 years of Mosport and a major showcase by Mercedes-Benz Canada. Marking 140 years of innovation, the manufacturer chose the event for the Canadian debut of the 2027 S-Class and provided educational seminars led by corporate heritage archivists.
