On Friday, September 4, the event runs from noon to 5 p.m. On Saturday, September 5, and Sunday, September 6, it is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., concluding on Labour Day, September 7, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The festival grounds at Hume’s Auction Farm in North Halton come alive with the sounds and sights of historical equipment.

Attendees can expect a range of activities, including tractor games, threshing competitions, and displays of various steam-powered equipment. The festival is family-friendly and showcases Canada's rich agricultural and industrial past. This year’s feature theme highlights “the evolution of Oliver — Nichols & Shepard, Hart-Parr and Oliver,” inviting collectors to exhibit their Hart-Parr and Oliver tractors, though all makes and models are welcome.

Ticket options include an early bird discount for $10 available until August 23. After this date, general admission tickets are $15. A $35 weekend pass will also be available at the gate, and children aged 12 and under are admitted free. Tickets can be purchased via the Steam-Era event website.
