The festivities begin on Friday, June 11, with an opening ceremony and social gathering at the Acton Arena. Saturday, June 12, will feature daytime activities at the school, including student-led tours, an "In Memorial" room, intramural sports, a craft show, and a historical display of memorabilia. In the evening, decade-specific ticketed events are planned at local venues, such as Acton Town Hall for the '50s, '60s, and '70s, Acton Legion for the '80s and '90s, and the Mexican Way restaurant for the 2000s. The celebration concludes on Sunday, June 13, with an all-alumni breakfast at the school, followed by a closing ceremony.
Organized by a committee initiated by Principal Kelli Pfeiffer and co-chaired by alumni Shannon Furzer and Coun. Alex Hilson, the event encourages community support and engagement. Merchandise commemorating the centennial is available, and the committee is actively seeking alumni contact information, volunteers, sponsorships, and historical memorabilia.
