Byemoor Ball Tournament and Parade Weekend

The Byemoor Ball Tournament and Parade Weekend is an annual community celebration taking place in Byemoor, Alberta. The festivities span three days, centered around a ball tournament with a specific team format of six men and four women, and an entry fee of $300 per team. The Sullivan Lake West Ag. Society sponsors this event.

Throughout the weekend, additional activities are scheduled for public enjoyment. On Saturday morning, August 22, a parade is held at 11 a.m., welcoming various entries to participate. Pancake breakfasts are a highlight, served on both Saturday and Sunday mornings at the Byemoor Community Hall. The Saturday breakfast runs from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., while the Sunday breakfast is from 9 to 11 a.m., hosted by the Byemoor Community Club and the Endiang Community Society. The tournament concludes on Sunday afternoon with the final games. Saturday evening features a dance and cabaret at the arena, offering entertainment for attendees.
