The Children’s Hospital Book Market Fall Sale is a significant fundraising initiative located at the St. Vital Centre in Winnipeg. Running for two days in late September, the market offers a diverse collection of pre-owned books to the general public. All proceeds generated from the sale remain in Manitoba to provide essential support for sick and injured children at the HSC Children’s Hospital.

Shoppers can explore a vast array of genres during the event's operating hours. The sale typically runs from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm on Friday and continues from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday. This long-standing community event relies on the generosity of local residents to fund critical pediatric healthcare services.

In preparation for the sale, organizers collect book donations at various designated sites throughout the city, including Dufresne furniture stores and most Winnipeg Fire Halls. These contributions ensure a large and varied inventory for the market, which serves as a vital financial resource for local children's medical programs.
