The event is the primary annual fundraiser for the Saints Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church, with proceeds supporting church operations and local charitable initiatives.

The festival site includes a 600-seat covered dining area, an entertainment stage, and a market for merchandise. Entertainment is a focal point of the festival, with live Greek bands and dance groups performing primarily on the weekends from 6 to 9 p.m., complemented by a DJ on weekdays. The festival operates from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. during the week and opens early at noon on weekends. Free parking is available for guests at the nearby AHP Matthew Elementary school.
