Toronto Caribbean Carnival Junior Carnival Parade

The Junior Carnival Parade serves as a dedicated showcase for young masqueraders within the larger Toronto Caribbean Carnival celebrations. Organizers cited safety concerns regarding predicted heavy rain and high wind gusts as the primary reason for the shift. While the date was adjusted, the parade route and the majority of planned programming remained unchanged to accommodate the thousands of participants and spectators expected to attend.
