For the first time in the event's history, Pavilion 4 of the venue will be exclusively allocated to showcase Azerbaijan’s domestic defense industry achievements. The exhibition features a wide array of international participants, including leading defense contractors from the United States, Türkiye, the United Kingdom, and Germany.

The event serves as a significant hub for military delegations and industry professionals, with dozens of foreign delegations expected to attend. While ADEX focuses on defense technology, the co-located Securex Caspian exhibition highlights equipment for internal security and rescue operations. Notable sponsors for this edition include Roketsan as the General Sponsor and Northrop Grumman as the Country Partner Sponsor.
