Grape and Wine Festival

The Grape and Wine Festival returns to the Shamakhi district, organized with the support of the Shamakhi District Executive Authority, Abqora Restaurant, and the Nasimi Gardens complex. Located at the Shirvan Wines LLC complex in Meysari village, the festival aims to showcase local grape production and expand the reach of domestic wine products in international markets. The event provides a public platform to explore both traditional winemaking heritage and modern agricultural developments in Azerbaijan.

The two-day celebration features a rich entertainment program, beginning with a performance by the Shirvan folklore ensemble and a ceremonial parade of winemakers accompanied by a drum show. Concerts include performances by popular artists such as Roza Zargarli, Zulfiyya Khanbabayeva, Dilara Kazimova, and Teymur Suleymanbeyli, along with sets by DJ Kamo. For families, the festival includes a dedicated children's zone offering interactive activities and professional entertainers.

Practical services for attendees include a organized bus transfer departing from the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku to the festival site. Visitors can also participate in various competitions and quizzes throughout the weekend.
