University Majors Exhibition

Organized by Sharjah Public Libraries (SPL) under the theme “Path to the Future: Where Ambition Meets Achievement,” the 8th University Majors Exhibition brings together 23 universities and institutions. Its primary goal is to assist students in exploring academic programs, admissions criteria, scholarship opportunities, and various career pathways. The event features 36 sessions and workshops across two program tracks, “Future Dialogues” and “Pulse of the Major.”

Attendees can utilize "Miqyas," an interactive assessment tool available on dedicated screens, to identify their skills and interests, which then suggests aligned academic majors and career options. Students and parents have the opportunity to meet directly with representatives from participating universities and academic institutions to gather information about university life and requirements.

The exhibition is held at the Sharjah Book Authority (SBA) headquarters in Sharjah from September 21 to September 29, 2026. Visiting hours are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, with specific days designated for female students (September 21-22), male students (September 23-24), and international school students (September 28-29). Additionally, Sharjah Public Libraries showcases its resources and offers a 50% discount on membership fees during the event.
