Athar exhibition

The Athar exhibition, whose name translates to "impact," is a community-driven initiative launched by Dubai Municipality to honor Emirati Women's Day. Located at Hewi Nad Al Sheba in Dubai, the event provides a dedicated stage for Emirati women to share their success stories and professional talents. The exhibition aligns with the broader goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 by supporting female-led businesses and their role in the nation's future.

The event floor brings together local SMEs and home-grown enterprises, offering them a platform to reach new audiences and showcase creative products. This integrated space is designed to blend entrepreneurship with entertainment, allowing visitors to engage directly with local makers and entrepreneurs in a festive, educational atmosphere.

Programming includes a wide range of interactive workshops led by approximately 250 participants. These sessions are open to all ages and include specialized activities for children, senior citizens, and People of Determination. Specific training covers various creative fields such as perfume making, fashion design, woodworking, and traditional handicrafts. The exhibition remains open during the evening hours, catering to families and residents throughout its two-week run.
